Our Golden's are like family. They live with us in the house and around the ranch.  We strive to produce the healthiest puppies we can, so our Sire, Whiskey, and Dam, Abby, have been certified through The Orthopedic Foundation for Animals for their Hips and Cardiac.  Additionally Whiskey has had his elbows certified by OFA, his eyes certified by CERF, and his DNA registered through AKC. 
  We whelp a litter about once every two years, with our next planned litter arriving in the Fall of 2012.  This will be Whiskey and Abby's second litter together.  Their first litter, born 9/22/2010 sold out before Christmas.  There were 5 boys and 4 girls, with about 80% being light golden.  We have started a page show-casing the new families enjoying their puppies, and I'll be changing photos in the slide show every few months. 
  Whiskey has a strong ball drive, and has been trained in bird hunting.  He earned his CGC (Canine Good Citizen) certification through AKC Before  he was a year old.   He has a sweet disposition, which he imparts to his pups.  He is light golden. 
  Abby is from Huntington Farms in Louisiana, and has a "dy-no-mite" pedigree.  She is also a light golden color, with the classic thick, long golden coat.  You will find BIS BISS Am/Can CH Rush Hill's Haagen-Dazs CDX JH AX OAJ WCX VCX OS SDHF; Can. CD, WC several times in her pedigree.  Besides all the Conformation, Obedience and other awards, he is in the Show Dog Hall of Fame, as are several others in her pedigree.  Google him and others in Abby's pedigree to read all about them. 
  What all this boils down to is that Abby is very true to the Golden Retriever Standard for looks, brains and willingness to learn.  Her ball drive is as strong as Whiskey's.  Look her up on K9data.com.  Her registered name is "East Verde Creek NCIS Forensic Investigator".  In the picture above, Abby is about one year old, with two of Whiskey/Angel pups.
